You’re warmly invited ...

... to enter the season of Lent—a meaningful time in the Christian year set aside for prayer, fasting, and reflection. For 40 days, from Ash Wednesday to Easter (excluding Sundays), we journey together in spiritual discipline, remembering Jesus’ 40 days in the wilderness and preparing our hearts for the celebration of His resurrection.
During this season, we’re encouraged to pause for honest self‑reflection, practice self‑denial, give generously to others, and seek a deeper, renewed faith. Just as spring brings new life, Lent invites us into a fresh season of spiritual renewal.
Whether you’re exploring, visiting, or looking for a place to pause and reflect, you’re warmly welcome. Come just as you are, and feel free to bring a friend. We’d love for you to join us in this meaningful time of growth and preparation.
All activities take place on our church campus at 11121 Leavells Road. For more details please contact our church office at 540-898-4673

Wednesday, February 18 at 6:30 PM we gather in the Sanctuary for our Ash Wednesday Worship Service. This is a meaningful time of worship and reflection as we receive the imposition of ashes. Nursery care will be provided for our youngest children, so all families can participate with ease.

Wednesday evenings from February 25 through March 25 at 5:30PM we meet for a relaxed and meaningful time of connection. Starting in the Small Dining Hall we share a simple meal of soup, salad, and bread. After dinner, we move to the Sanctuary at 6:15 PM for a brief worship service that includes scripture, prayer, communion, and music.

Palm Sunday, the joyful beginning of Holy Week. On this day we remember Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem, when crowds welcomed Him with shouts of “Hosanna!” and waved palm branches in praise. As we gather in worship, we reflect on the hope, humility, and sacrificial love of Christ—who entered the city not as a conquering ruler, but as a humble King, coming to bring salvation. May this sacred day prepare our hearts for the journey toward the cross and the promise of Easter morning.

On Maundy Thursday, we gather to remember the night Jesus shared a final meal with the disciples. This sacred service invites us into the upper room, where Christ demonstrated humility, fellowship, and sacrificial self‑giving love. Through scripture, prayer, and worship, we remember Christ’s sacrifice and the depth of His love for us and the whole world.

On Good Friday, we gather in solemn remembrance of the deep love Christ demonstrated through His suffering and sacrifice on the cross. This sacred service invites us into the heart of the story—where darkness and grace meet, and where God’s redeeming love is revealed in its fullness. Through scripture, prayer, and quiet reflection, we remember the weight of the cross and the hope that emerges from Christ’s obedience and compassion. As we sit in this holy silence together, we prepare our hearts for the promise of resurrection that is yet to come.

Celebrate Easter with a little joy, a little laughter, and a whole lot of colorful eggs! Parents and kids are invited to hop on over for our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Bring a friend, and get ready for some egg‑cellent fun as we celebrate together as a church family.

Celebrate the joy of the Resurrection with us on Easter Sunday! We gather to proclaim the good news that Christ is risen and to rejoice in the hope and new life His victory brings. Our day begins with a Sunrise Service, a peaceful and meaningful time of worship as we greet the dawn and remember the women who first found the empty tomb. We meet in the outdoor chapel, down the trail to the right of the Main Entrance building.

We continue our celebration with two more Easter morning worship services, filled with uplifting music, joyful proclamation, and the good news of the Resurrection.

He is risen — he is risen, indeed!
