A nursery for children age 2 and under is offered throughout the morning, beginning at 9:20am. The nursery is located in the children’s wing.

family worship

During both worship services the children are invited and encouraged to sit with their family in the sanctuary for opening worship. After a brief time of family worship, the children may remain in the service or proceed to the children's wing for Sunday School (9:30am) or Children's Church (11:00am). Children will be DISMISSED from the worship services after about 10-15 mins of each service  (9:45am and 11:15am respectively) and be walked downstairs by Melissa Kester (Children's Ministry Director) and/or other Children's Ministry Volunteers. All children who are not registered for the calendar year must be walked down and sign the green visitor notebook for their child in their children's age appropriate classroom. Thank you for keeping our children safe!

Children's Sunday School classes take place during the 9:30am service immediately following the family worship time. We are currently using the Gospel Project which is a chronological study of the Bible, presented on a child’s level with fun activities reinforcing the Bible stories. We are starting our study in Genesis again this Fall (2018)! What a great place to start! See more about Gospel Project for Kids and how this can help you disciple your children.

Children's Church takes place during the 11:00am service immediately following the family worship and provides children ages 3-9 a worship experience on their level. They hear the Gospel and learn to pray and sing as they prepare for worship in the “big church!” We use Kid's Quest Catechism during this hours and enjoy memorizing important truths about God's word and his covenants with mankind. See the full children's catechism questions and answers below.
